His works are held in private collections in New Zealand and overseas.
Raymond paints New Zealand urban and rural landscapes, interiors and trees that are distinctive in their compositions of colour and motions of positive energy.
Love – this interior is suggestive of the presence of love – the intangible elegance of pure feeling, the sensuous motion of the gentle wind finding full form in the lightness and luminosity of fine fabric, as flexible and dance-like as the human body.
Every object and structural feature of an interior is alive with the presence of the people who have created, chosen and arranged them, as well as constantly moving on an atomic level of being.
